JINJER Unleashes Chaos with “Fast Draw” Live Video — A Sonic Bullet from the Duél Arsenal

Ukraine’s modern metal juggernaut JINJER isn’t slowing down—they’re loading up and letting loose. The band just dropped a feral new live video for “Fast Draw,” a scorcher ripped straight from their latest full-length mind-melter, Duél. Sliced together with raw, sweat-soaked footage from their European tour alongside metal legends Sepultura—plus adrenaline-blasted festival moments from last summer—this clip is a front-row ticket to JINJER’s pure, undiluted stage carnage.

Blending pinpoint precision with the emotional volatility of a powder keg, JINJER continue to cement their rep as one of metal’s most forward-charging sonic shapeshifters. The Fast Draw video doesn’t just showcase their high-octane live chops—it reminds you why JINJER’s name sits near the top of any serious metalhead’s playlist.

Hot off the Sepultura farewell tour in 2024, the band has already stomped across Asia and Australia in 2025 with no signs of slowing. This summer, they’ll be tearing through North America as direct support for Babymetal, while also laying waste to massive festivals like Download UK, Graspop Metal Meeting, and more. You want proof that JINJER’s domination is global? Look no further.

Duél, the album that birthed this beast of a track, is already a juggernaut in its own right—cracking charts across the US, Canada, UK, France, and beyond. Produced and fine-tuned to perfection by longtime collaborator Max Morton, Duél isn’t just a record—it’s a battle cry. Tracks like “Rogue,” “Green Serpent,” and “Dark Bile” roar with a heaviness that’s both precision-engineered and emotionally raw. And if you came for the powerhouse that is Tatiana Shmayluk, her explosive range and haunting control detonate on the album opener “Tantrum” and don’t let up for a second.

But let’s talk “Fast Draw”—a razor-sharp showcase of the band’s technical might. Vlad Ulasevich’s percussive wizardry, Roman Ibramkhalilov’s riff-slinging carnage, and Eugene Abdukhanov’s seismic bass work wrap around Tatiana’s vocal firestorm like a clenched fist around a live wire.

This isn’t just another live video. This is JINJER, mid-warpath—unedited, unrelenting, and unmissable.

HARM’S WAY Dives Into a Bleak Future with Other World EP

Chicago’s blunt-force industrial hardcore wrecking crew, HARM’S WAY, are back to crack skulls and reshape atmospheres with their latest gut-punch: the Other World EP. A tight two-track transmission from the heavier side of the void, the EP throws down the unreleased title track “Other World” alongside a reengineered and newly mutated version of “Wanderer,” originally found on 2023’s soul-crushing Common Suffering LP.

Originally tracked during the Common Suffering sessions at Studio 4, “Other World” didn’t make the cut—until now. HARM’S WAY circled back to the sonic leftover, tinkered with it, and gave it a second skin via an internal remix. To seal the deal, the band also dragged “Wanderer” through the dirt and gave it a facelift with the help of experimental hardcore alchemist King Yosef, now reborn as “V.Y.B.S.S.”

Timed like a perfectly executed breakdown, Other World arrives just ahead of the band’s North American co-headlining tour with Full Of Hell—a union forged in chaos. The tour kicks off May 10th and blisters through June 8th, featuring solo sets from HARM’S WAY and appearances at sonic hellscapes like Sonic Temple, Welcome to Rockville, and Milwaukee Metal Fest. Bringing backup are Kruelty, Jarhead Fertilizer, and Clique—because if you’re gonna bring suffering, bring friends.

And let’s not forget Common Suffering—the band’s first full-length in nearly five years. It dropped like a bunker buster in late 2023 via Metal Blade Records, immediately staking its claim as a future classic. While Posthuman flirted with d-beat destruction and industrial doom à la Godflesh and Fear Factory, Common Suffering upped the ante with doom-drenched tempos, polyrhythmic whiplash, and an ambient edge sharp enough to flay the senses. Think Lustmord-meets-Melvins dragged through Meshuggah’s war machine.

With Other World, HARM’S WAY isn’t just looking back—they’re tearing through the static with eyes on the apocalypse. These tracks don’t whisper of what’s to come—they scream it.

Ablaze to Set Europe on Fire With Sink Ya Teeth In

It’s been a helluva dry spell, but guess what? Aussie hard rock firestarters Ablaze are strapping in, turning the amps to 11, and crashing back into the UK and Europe this August/September — and they’re bringing a brand-new slab of riff-fuelled mayhem with them.

Roll your mind back to the pre-apocalypse year of 2019: Ablaze were just a bunch of hungry Melbourne maniacs hitching a ride on a jet-fuelled dream to the UK, armed with their debut No Chaser and a thirst for loud stages and louder crowds. They tore through Hard Rock Hell, WinterStorm, sweaty clubs, and beer-soaked floors supporting Revival Black, Midnite City, and Häxan — proving once and for all that Aussie rock still punches hard and drinks harder.

But just as the rocket was taking off? Boom. Pandemic. The world hit pause, and Melbourne took the gold medal in lockdown fatigue. Plans stalled, tours vanished, but Ablaze? They didn’t tap out — they doubled down. The dream didn’t die; it got louder.

Ablaze - Next Train Out (Official Music Video)

Fast-forward to the now. 2025. Ablaze are back with their boots on the monitors, smashing airwaves with the fist-pumping single Next Train Out and gearing up for the main event: Sink Ya Teeth In, landing worldwide on August 1.

To celebrate, they’re throwing down a massive Euro/UK blitz. Five festivals. Four countries. Zero apologies. Catch them ripping through Hard Rock Hell Sleaze, Rocking the Bowl, Rock N Revel, SinnerRock, and Bier Fest, alongside a pile of sweaty club shows across the UK, Germany, Belgium, and France.

This isn’t just a comeback — it’s a declaration of war. Get ready. Ablaze are back to burn it all down.

Motörhead’s ‘The Manticore Tapes’ Unearths 1976's Filthiest Time Capsule of Rock 'n' Roll Mayhem

Dust off your leather jackets and crank the volume—because Lemmy’s ghost just spat out a time bomb. Nearly five decades deep into their legacy, Motörhead have risen from the rusted amps of history to drop The Manticore Tapes, a lost and snarling document of the band’s unholy trinity era: Lemmy Kilmister, Fast Eddie Clarke, and Phil ‘Philthy Animal’ Taylor.

Welcome to August 1976. While disco fevered its way through dance floors and prog rock noodled itself into oblivion, three derelict degenerates took over Emerson, Lake & Palmer’s Manticore Studio—a mythic, seatless ex-cinema turned band bunker in Fulham—and forged thunder in real-time. This wasn’t just rehearsal. It was the genesis. Motörhead’s first-ever recording session as the lineup that would soon obliterate stages and expectations alike.

Now, nearly 50 years after this raw rehearsal ritual was committed to tape via Ronnie Lane’s mobile rig (with engineer Ron Faucus riding the faders like a man possessed), the gods of decibels have seen fit to resurrect it. Thanks to longtime Motörhead alchemist Cameron Webb and mastering wizard Andrew Alekel, The Manticore Tapes has been summoned back from the audio underworld—and it sounds like the Devil just discovered overdrive.

More than just a nostalgia trip, this is Motörhead pre-myth, pre-motorbike museum, pre-memorial T-shirt rack. Back when Lemmy was still cracking fruit machines in pub corners and could be approached without a backstage laminate. This is the sound of a band who didn’t know if they’d make it through the week, let alone become immortal.

This long-lost relic owes its existence, in part, to roadie-turned-manager Frank Kennington (formerly of The Who crew), who wrangled the trio into Manticore and booked time they couldn’t afford. What came out was a blistering set of proto-speed anthems and righteous racket—"Leavin' Here," "Vibrator," and the self-titled juggernaut “Motörhead”— all of which would remain in their setlists for years to come, screaming out from the shadows of London’s clubland.

Included in this audio excavation: alternate takes, raw live chaos from Barbarella's in '77, and a full blitzkrieg from Birmingham that’s pure, unfiltered sonic carnage. This is Motörhead on the verge of becoming a religion.

The Manticore Tapes will be available in multiple unholy formats:

  • A Deluxe Expanded Bookpack (2LP + 7”) for the wax-obsessed completists

KARLY JEWELL Cracks the Veil with Punchy New Anthem ‘Other Side’ – New Album There's A Jewell In Town Lands June 20 via XMusic

Melbourne’s reigning rock priestess, Karly Jewell, is back with a track that doesn’t just slap—it soars. Her latest sonic offering, ‘Other Side’, is a riff-charged, soul-searching anthem that wrestles with the unseen, the unspoken, and the unknown. Think fists in the air, heart on the sleeve, and a chorus that refuses to leave your skull.

Jewell describes the track, saying:

"It started with a flight to Brisbane to record the first 4 songs of the album and looking out that little plane window I could see the ocean and the sky become one and that's when the idea sparked. Not seeing the separation line but knowing it was right there in front of me."

Karly Jewell - The Other Side (Official Video)

Produced, recorded, and mastered by Stuart Stuart at Analog Heart Records, Other Side is the latest sneak peek into Jewell’s upcoming full-length assault, There’s A Jewell In Town—dropping June 20 via XMusic. And yeah, it’s available for pre-order now.

But wait—there’s a tour, and it’s going global.

Jewell is once again heading to Japan to light up clubs with her signature brand of fire and fury. Then it’s back to Oz for a string of blistering hometown shows—including a double dose of mayhem at Scottie’s Garage to launch the album and celebrate her birthday.

Japan Tour Dates:

May 28: Anti Knock, Tokyo

May 29: Buzzfront, Yokohama

May 30: Firebird

June 1: Sengoku Daitoryo, Osaka

Australia Dates:

June 14: Paranormal Fest, Melbourne

June 20: Birthday Bash, Scottie’s Garage, Seaford

June 21: Album Launch, Scottie’s Garage, Seaford

Oct 11: Rock Hard Festival, Adelaide

From cutting her teeth at age five inspired by her legendary grandfather Tony Jewell (a songwriting comrade of Slim Dusty), to tearing up stages from Melbourne’s Corner Hotel to Hollywood’s Whisky A Go Go, Karly Jewell has earned her scars. She’s climbed the charts on Triple J Unearthed, picked up a nod at the Vegas Rock Awards, and carved out a path with the kind of grit that chews up doubters and spits out bangers.

After her breakout with 2019’s Phoenix and the wicked follow-up single Dancing With The Devil (2021), Karly hit another gear. 2022’s Trouble We Are made global radio waves, and 2024’s Open Road reminded us she’s nowhere near done. Now, with XMusic backing her and There’s A Jewell In Town ready to detonate, Karly’s gearing up for her biggest, boldest year yet.

Mark your calendars. Stream 'Other Side'. Join the cult. Karly Jewell isn’t just coming back—she’s coming for blood.
