Queenie Chan

Queenie Chan is a manga-style comic book writer/artist. She was born in Hong Kong, and migrated to Australia when she was six years old. Her first published work was 'The Dreaming', a mystery-horror series for LA-based manga publisher TOKYOPOP, which have been re-issued in a new, revised edition by Australian publisher IPI Comics in 2024. More volumes are forthcoming.

She has also collaborated on several graphic novels with best-selling author Dean Koontz and Kylie Chan, and also completed a fairy-tale inspired fantasy series called 'Fabled Kingdom'. Currently, she is creating a series of YA biographical comics on famous historical queens called "Women Who Were Kings", and working on the next volume of 'The Dreaming' series.
